Registration to ASPA2025 are open until June 2025, 12th.

The registration fees are vat included and include:

• the participation to the congress
• the conference kit
• the welcome cocktail on Tuesday, the dinner on Wednesday, the lunches and the coffee breaks. 

The social dinner on Thursday evening can be purchased at an extra cost of 100,00 € (vat included).

…Payments shall be made in Euro by credit card online or bank transfer.
Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received.
After the reception of the payment, attendees will receive by the Secretariat a confirmation e-mail with the pdf invoice attached.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your registration please notify the Secretariat in writing.
Full refund provided for cancellations received by March 2025, 31st.
50% refund provided for cancellations received in the month of April 2025.
No refund for cancellations received after May 2025, 1st.
